Reach for the larger formats, 45×17 cm or 40×25 cm, when laying out a grazing spread. The longer 45×17 cm suits a runner-style arrangement down the centre of a table, while the broader 40×25 cm gives more room for clustered cheeses, fruit and crackers.
Will oil from cheeses or dressings seep through?
No. The surface is naturally oil- and leak-resistant with no wax, plastic or PFAS coating, so charcuterie oils, dressings and dips stay put. The low rim adds a further margin against drips reaching the table.
Can I warm food on these trays?
Yes, in short bursts. They are microwave-safe for brief reheating and freezer-safe for chilling or make-ahead platters, so a tray can move from freezer to table to a quick warm-through.
