Which size suits which dish?

Choose by depth and portion. The Ø12 cm bowl is right for dips, chutneys and small desserts; Ø16 cm handles everyday soups, curries and salads; Ø18 cm holds generous mains, noodles and sharing portions. All three are deep-walled for liquids.

Will they hold a watery soup or curry without leaking?

Yes. The bowls are heat-pressed into a deep, seamless form, so they hold broths, curries and dressings without seeping or going soft. The natural leaf is oil- and leak-resistant on its own, with no added wax, plastic or PFAS coating.

Can I microwave or freeze food in them?

Both work. Warm food in short microwave bursts, and use them in the freezer for chilled desserts or storing leftovers. Avoid long, continuous microwaving so the rigid leaf keeps its shape.

How do I dispose of them after use?

Simply add them to your home compost or garden bed. As pure fallen palm leaf with no synthetic lining, they break down naturally in about 60 to 90 days, leaving nothing behind.
